Bakery mo. . . Bakery ng lahat!

by Jay Ann Lao
My baking class had assigned us to search for a bakery which is the second nearest to our house. I did not choose the first nearest to our house because my friend is going to make her baking class assignment there. How coincidence that we have same teacher so I decided to find another. And one of the nearest bakery is AMO bakery which my grandfather, grandmother and mother buy baked products in this bakery. Their favorite to buy is Putok. And my favorite in this baked shop is Kababayan which is my favourite to eat since childhood. AMO Bakery is the second nearest bakery in our house. It is located at 1129 FM Guerrero St. Tondo, Manila. AMO Bakery is a private establishment. They sell different breads and pastries which are their own recipes. In fact, when you buy in AMO Bakery you do not have to wait even if every minute customer passes by and buy because their service is good even if they only have one person handling the cashier and giving the bread to the customers. There is no HACCP principle present because the employee uses plastic to get the breads without touching it and receiving the money with her hands. I like to invite you to come and buy AMO Bakery products because it is cheap and has high quality products.

These are the products you can found in AMO Bakery:

sweet breads

Hopia Tube

Pig pie

Hopia Assorted

Egg pie

Hopia dice

Kababayan

Putok

Spanish bread

Ribbon

Pineapple & Ensaymada

Donuts

Banana Bread

Monay

Pilipit

Torta

Kringkles
